Macs are distinctive, stylish and look good on set. We're also attuned to macs; truthfully, we notice them more.
Sometimes, companies buy placement; ER was home to a sudden influx of Gateway systems some years back, during the dot.Boom years.
The Gateway logotype was about five times as large on their ER systems as on the regular retail ones.
