I had problems with PayPal and WamCom Mozilla 1.3.1. It wouldn't let me log in and showed me incomplete pages. I can now use iCab.
There is a beta version of iCab 3 available, but the OS9 part seems to be more buggy than the X version, according to the beta testers. I am still using iCab 2.9.8. You can download 2.9.8 for free.
