Netscape 7 should work for you.
I am a little surprised that although you have a B & W G3, you are not using some form of OS X. 9.2 should be able to make use of Netscape 4.7.9 w/128 bit encryption, but, I would still recommend that you find someone with OS 10.2 and load it into your computer. Hell, even 10.1.3 and above are pretty darn good OS's (didn't care for 10.1.5 myself). Once you go to OS X your problems will be cured. I have used an OSX-loaded Mac once or twice... hate it. OS9 is much more intuitive, neater... and I can use my software on it! There's no choice for me.
I'll try downloading 7.0.2 as well as a later Exploder (though I hear the later IE is bad).
