Regardless, I'd like to know if this is possible too. I've got an external
for my Beige, though now I rarely use it since I have broadband, and a
friend is junking a Lime G3 iMac. I was going to salvage the disk, RAM, and
battery; if the modem could be used in my Beige it'd save me some desk
clutter.
