Mozilla that we were just talking about does everything that Netscape does, but it doesn't contain all the bloated code of Netscape. As for X, I use Newswatcher, Firefox and Mail. I just made some custom sound files which announce that I have mail in the G-list (or whatever folder it is for), using that Apple script which I mentioned awhile back using a pleasant female voice to announce this for me.

How difficult is it to transfer all preferences, email, etc. from Netscape to Mozilla?
Seems like my Netscape is already modifying files located in a Mozilla folder in my User's Folder. I noticed this before and was confused. What is the relationship between Netscape and Mozilla, anyway?

Dale

It's the same basic browser, netscape was based on mozilla, but the mozilla.org people try to keep the browser pure and don't add a lot of bloatware to it. Should be a lot of similarities I would think.
