I know that with some computers, certain PCI slots get better flow of
electricity. That is to say, they get more juice. I dont know the details but for
all intents and purposes, it probably doesnt matter. But yes they are all the
same speed...64 bit 33mhz

Maybe I'm losing the conversation here, but this list sponsor's web site, lowendmac.com shows the Sawtooth as having a 100 MHz bus. In the architecture of most Macs, I thought that a machine with a 100 MHz bus would support all PCI cards and most hard drives at that speed. The exception would be in the bus supporting the CD-ROM and perhaps Zip drive, if installed, perhaps 66 MHz. And any hard drive connected to the same bus as the CD-ROM would run slower than the other hard drives.
