Like we say in Amsterdam take and/or BCFJWWW. So no panics!!
First of all after any hardware-change: SWITCH the CUDA!!
Do it now and try to boot again.
If it works, reinstall 2nd HD and/or RAM. SWITCH the CUDA!! and restart.
