I noticed that under Software Update's "Update" menu is an option that you can check called "Install and keep package." I checked it this time. The "package" it keeps must be the updater itself, so I will be able to save it and burn it to a CD as you suggest. Real good idea, to prevent all this time-wasting waiting again.
That one I hadn't noticed!!! Thanks for the 'Heads Up'.
