I have a 450mhz Sawtooth, 896MB ram, and a Radeon 9200 w/ 128MB VRAM.
Playing poker online (its a Java app) often uses over 50 percent of my
processor.
And I can tell because it goes choppy. In OS 9 it ran fine, no choppiness.
This is just my experience on 10.3.5.
