I'm not aware that Iomega ever made a serial port ZIP drive. Perhaps it is
for the Wintel parallel port? See this URL to identify your drive:
I have one on my 6116 G3. The one with the big wide clunky connector.
I don't think this is actually a serial connector, but am not sure.
