Ok, this is a variation on the recently asked question "BnW psu +
sawtooth mobo?"

I currently have two working AGP G4s, a 400 Sawtooth and a dual 800
Quicksilver. I recently picked up a GigE (aka Gigabit) MLB, functional
condition unknown. I also have a MLB-less B & W. I'd like to put the GigE
MLB into the B & W case.

I've discovered the GigE' PS connector is different than either Sawtooth
or QS, so I haven't tested the GigE MLB yet.

So my question: with the hardware I have, how can I test the GigE MLB? Is
supplying the AGP slot's 28v critical?

Also, the B & W's front panel board connector cable is different from the
Sawtooth/GigE, (assuming the GigE board works) will I need to source a
front panel and its cable from a Sawtooth/GigE or can I mod the B & W
front panel connector to work with the GigE MLB?

Any other gotchas of which I ought to be aware?

TIA,

dan k
