No problems that I know of.  But the video pci slot in the g3 is faster than 
that in the g4 (because it is designed specifically for video), so you will 
want to get an AGP card or your video performance will actually be ever so 
slightly slower in the G4.  32MB Radeons are very cheap these days.  If you can 
afford a 64Mb go for it.  I have a 128MB Radeon 9200.
