John-paste this url in your browser. xlr8 has a spport page. did you download the software before you installed the processor? I heard you never zap a pram with the new processor installed. Always put the old processor in, zap then reinstall the new one. Don't know if it works, but i read it. The xlr8 people make it sound like even a chimp could put one in and get it to work. i gotta believe it's something so simple.
