Now another question: Where is the microphone or line-in
connector? On all other Macs I know there is one, but I
can't finde one on the DA! How doe I get analog sound
into this baby??

Any help is highly appreciated.

Isn't it preposterous that the Digital Audio has no audio input. I bought the
iMic for mine. This is a little puck shaped usb gadget that will handle mic or
line level inputs and supplies an audio output as well (all stereo, of course.)
I've done a few recordings with it and the quality seems good. Best is the
price which is under $40US.

Did you get an answer to the ghost memory slot question? I've wondered about
that one too. Lucky you have the DA...it's got a faster bus than the Sawtooth.
