Hello all,
Recently I purchased Panther 10.3.3 and just now I realized it was a DVD disc and not a CD. My question is, can I use a Windows machine that has a
DVD player and load the data from the 2 disc onto the desktop and then
somehow get the data to my Mac?

Just pull the DVD drive from the PC and put it into one of your macs. It's not doing anything in the attic, so a 'drive transplant' will do exactly what you're looking for.
