QuicKeys is the bomb. It allows you to define any operation or sequence of
operations with one keystroke.

I've been using it since 1988 and QK v.2 still - mostly - works with OS 9
but not OS X. It originally worked with System 6 and is still rock solid.
Well written software. I've been meaning to upgrade.
