I have a few programs that are supposed to hand off files to Photoshop CS running in os 10.3.9. They start the program but the images aren't loaded. I tried dragging and dropping a file onto the an alias of the Photoshop icon and get the same results. I never had a problem in earlier versions of Photoshop, (or was it earlier versions of the operating system.)
