How do you want to organize them? By date? name? subject matter? I'm a wedding photographer and I organize mine by date taken. I don't have 20,000 but i know I have a few thousand. My camera(kodak) automatically give the photo a number. My Kodak software separates them by the date. Now I use iphoto. It's pretty handy. I love the drag and drop feature. The only thing I don't like is it quits in the middle of working with it.(sometimes)
