I have a superdrive in my B&W( with no name). I was wondering what type of DVD's does it take? I went to WalMart today and saw DVD-R, DVD+R, and DVD +RW and was thouroughly confused. I DID find out that it doesn't like CD-RWs. Thanks>>David
If it doesn't like CDRW's you either got the wrong brand of disks, a bad batch or both. It should burn both CD and DVD disks.
Until the very latest models, Apple's "Superdrive" has been a DVD-R/ RW drive, not the +R/RW variety.
