I have always been very happy with the RAM from Other World Computing
<www.macsales.com> Although I have gotten a bad stick from time to
time, they replace them without question. Right now you can buy a
256MB PC100 stick for $29.50 There are several types (PC100 and
PC133) as well as brands available. You are probably better off not
mixing types.
