OK, let me see if I have this down right.

Original cable:

Drive that has the OS on it is plugged into the end of the cable, boots fine.

Does the 2nd drive seem to work with the original cable?

New cable:

Drive that has the OS on it is plugged into the end of the cable, system
can't find the drive.


What model of drives are you working with?
