Depends, is 32MB VRAM enough for you?  If not, dont get a Mini.  i believe 
these machines have plenty of life still left in them.  You can even put in an 
AGP sawtooth motherboard very easily.  Then you will have access to agp 
graphics and cheaper cpu upgrades.  A sawtooth board and 1GHz upgrade would 
total 
about $250 to $300.  However, a Sawtooth board with a properly modified 533mhz 
processor running at 550MHz to 650MHz would total about $150.  I would not 
worry 
about the PS at all.  to use a sawtooth board, you need to remove the back 
panel and get a new front power panel.  Pretty easy.
