A friend of mine recently had her Windows 95 PC die and I gave her
my old
Beige G3. There's data on the Win95 HD that she'd like to extract.
I know I
can mount PC floppies and CD's on a Mac but is it possible to put
the Win95
HD in slave mode and have it mo
from what I understand you can only do this with OS 10.4 Tiger.

hmmm... I've not tried, but could you possibly be thinking of the
addition of NTFS-reading capability that is new in 10.4?
Win95 should be FAT32 or whatever, that could be readable natively by
at least 8.6 and higher, maybe older OS versions as well?
