Hmm, I was sure they did have firmware available for their graphics
cards. Maybe I was wrong?
Not for the card you mentioned. The only Mac-compatible card they
have support for is the Matrox Millenium (which I didn't find this
morning, likely 'cause I was surfing at modem speeds.) <http://

The G400/450 card you have is a different card.
As for video cards, keep an eye out for old ATA rage cards, from
people upgrading Blue&White systems. They're generally available
pretty cheaply. I don't know that they'll run that monitor at its
full resolution, though.
