IIRC, your are living in Eindhoven. Lucky you! For you'll have there
Chipmunk*). One of the most reliable, best and cheapest Apple/Mac-parts
suppliers we have in The Netherlands. And very fast too. See:

Heard of that too but never could find a 512MB stick, being recognized as
such by any Beige. Not from 8.6 <-> 10.2.8. Having the poss. to try a lot of
different sticks, I now strongly believe that article is a fairy-tale!
