Unfortunately, everybody in the world (United States as well) is not that logical or up to date. I have NOVEC or Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative. There's is NOT compatible with Safari. I wrote to them about it and they blamed it on their web design company Kubra who is out of Ontario. They tell me that it was designed 2-3 years ago and needs updated.... :P
