I agree about Maxtor, but you just cannot beat Seagate drives though, especially with some of the great rebates on them lately. Great warranty; up to 5 years. I have several and they all work great. I used to have problems with Western Digital drives years ago, but the larger ones that are used on a PC have been pretty good so far. But Western Digital does have a bad reputation.
