I have a M3501 Apple Extended Keyboard II hooked to a B&W and I've never
used a better keyboard. The tactile feedback is way beyond anything I've
ever experienced. That includes earlier Apple keyboards or the Datadesk I
had with my Plus way back when. Got it new on eBay recently for $5.
The Extended II uses the same key switches as does the Extended.
20 year old keyboards, and they work just as well as they did brand new.
I lucked out this year and found several Apple Extended Keyboards at
Goodwill. I figure I'll be using an Extended one way or the other
until I die.
