We'd need to see the whole message; but I'll wager that he's got a
forbidden word in his name, address or .sig if no messages get
through. I get that 579 not acceptable error all the time when I
accidentally forget to change my work .sig; it's got the forbidden
word pharm acy in it.
We now know 4 bad words:
pharm acy
niger ia
gen eric
dia gram
(though WHY that word is in there eludes me)
It appears to me that the filter is looking for the string "i a g r
a" because of the use of something like \/ in the name of a certain
medication.
