No such thing on my OS9 disc, (which has the number H691-2386-A (version no?) printed on it.

Listmember Ross, who has a memory like an elephant, e-mailed to remind
me that any OS-9 installer disk contains in its "CDs Extras" folder
another folder called "Eject Things." This folder can be dragged to the
hard drive and contains three ways to open a CD/DVD drawer: an
application just like the one on the Griffin site that can be
double-clicked on, a description of how to assign a keyboard F-key to
this application (in the Keyboard Control Panel), plus a little Eject
module for the Control Strip.
