Well, I think that most if not all of these old Apple LaserWriters have parallel ports, don't they? In that case, would this adapter from Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00009MVGP/sr=1-1/qid=1137475181/ ref=sr_1_1/104-7678271-4071923?%5Fencoding=UTF8 be all that is necessary to connect one to a G4's USB port? Can it really be that simple?
