Id like to import analog video and sound to my computer (or convert
it). I have a Digital Audio, which I believe has no mic port even.
Anyone know what the cheapest solution is?

well, my budget was satisfied with the Miglia AlchemyTV DVR. And I'm more than satisfied with the quality of the video. The inc. software, remote control, and optional plug-ins are pretty nifty too. As a side benefit, it enabled me to load a sound-in port on my Quicksilver and mothball my troublesome M-Audio Delta 410 PCI.

OWC has a good price on this occasionally in their bargain bin... their retail link is:

good luck, db
