Another option I found only recently: Linotype FontExplorer X <http://www.linotype.com/fontexplorerX> I haven't explored it much yet, but it took my jumble of font folders and did a nice job of alphabetizing them. On the face of it, that sure beats how Font Reserve put my fonts in its vault. Pretty good reviews on MacUpdate. Free.
