Well ... tongue in cheek ... yes the RAM issue is on a PowerMac 9500 
with PL G3/400. I remember the sandwich technique from my Performa 
(and/Mac Plus?) days. Installing RAM in pairs doesn't mess things up?

RAMometer under OS 9.1 sounds good.

I'll have a few rounds with that idea ...
