Greetings ( + )!( + ) I replaced the original CD/DVD player that came with my G4 AGP Graphics 350Mhz with a Samsung Super-WriteMaster SH-S202N - Disk drive - DVDRW (R DL) / DVD- RAM - 20x/20x/12x - IDE - internal - 5.25" - LightScribe - (Refurbished) which I got from newegg.com for $21.44 shipping included.
However newegg.com doesn't have this unit any longer, but you can get one from: http://www.nowdirect.com/exec/partInfo/part_detail.tsb?prcpart=RETSH-S202N%2FBSBN%20RPL for $17.99 plus shipping. I recommed this drive, it has worked just fine for me and very economical.
