I put a QS 933 MHz in a DA and it's now running Leopard nicely. Investigate carefully before you buy, many 933's for sale at auction are overclocked 733's with no L3 cache. You'll pay a little more for a QS 933 with an L3 cache but I think it's worth it. The wiring modification needed to make a QS processor work in a DA is very easy to do. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
