If $ 13 is holding you back, relax and wait a while. Wait for the rain to accumulate. There's always that better deal next time anyway. You know that. Go back to ebay when the time is right. You'll get an awesome deal on a G4. The one that says "you'll love me, I have great specs and I'm a great deal!" to you, is the one you'll buy.
