Put that Mac into Target Disk Mode.
Connect it by firewire to another Mac, that has a DVD drive.
Stick the DVD in.
Run the installer.
Install Tiger on the 1st Mac's HD.
Or... if that 2nd Mac has Tiger on it... Just use CCC to clone its
system onto the 1st Mac's HD.

Wondering if you had a second internal hard drive that you could
devote entirely to the DVD disk image, could it be formatted to take
the image and be able to boot and install from it?
