WebKit is a product used by Safari. End-user reports the Safari problem. Investigator determines exactly where the bug be, then either fixes it or reports the bug to the people responsible for fixing it. You don't go back to the end-user and tell 'em to screw off. That's nothing in the world but creative finger pointing.
