That's probably what he is doing, I have a friend when he wants to fwd an e-mail he ends up sending it to everyone in his address book, some people get really mad about what he is sending... I had to show him how to go through his whole address book and just click on the people who he thinks will be interested in the e-mail and not the send all... I also had to show him to send it bcc so everyone doesn't get everyone and their mother's e-mail attch to it, he didn't know about this either...
