Maybe a bad ram slot, or dusty one?
Does the RAM have to be installed in exactly matching pairs?
Thought I read that in a recent thread about G5s ...
no experienced with G5s as yet ...
What model PM G5 do you have? the RAM does have to follow a
protocol upon installation in some of them.
This is how it's done, also I would get a can of DeoxIT contact
cleaner/wash and blast every plug and slot I can get to.
