ATA-3 i.e. EIDE MDD FW800 ............... 2x ATA-5 i.e. Ultra-ATA/66 At least for models that need the Open Firmware workaround to enable LBA-48 access (to be able to conveniently use > 128 GiB = 137 GB disk drives) these devices are always called ATA-3 and ATA-4 in Open Firmware.
