One of the many features I like about OmniWeb is per site preferences. If a site requires javascript to function, and I want or need that functionality, I enable javascript for that site without enabling it for all sites. Same thing for cookies, and I only allow cookies from the site itself, no third party cookies, then they are all deleted when OmniWeb quits.

All built in without the need for plugins, hacks, input managers, etc…
