Hello, I'm looking for a quick way to upgrade the performance of my stock G5 1.8 single processor powermac. It has 1.5GB of memory in it now, running 10.5. It also has the original Nvidia 64MB video card. I've tried putting in another 1GB of memory in it but no real difference, still slow... What's your suggestion for a quick and inexpensive way to upgrade the speed. What can I expect? I know more memory and faster video is an easy solution but its also expensive and I don't know how noticeable the effect will be.
