I suspect you're misinterpreting streamed video? YouTube and many other video
sites are in the process of conversion away from Flash and to HTML5. During this
conversion, most video is available in both formats, and the specific format
streamed to your computer is determined by the site dependent upon your browser.
It's likely you're getting an HTML5 stream and thinking it's a Flash stream.

All I'm saying is that the YouTube page I first loaded in OmniWeb said that I needed to install Flash 10 or higher, when I loaded the page in Chromium it just played. FWIW
