Roughly in the center bottom of the logic board are several groups of caps (1000uF, 16V IIRC), about 10-12 caps in a group. I started out replacing the caps but ran into a snag but I don't remember what it was. The power supply is trickier as the caps are stuffed in tighter and glued together.
