It was an oversight. They meant OS 10.5 is the minimum system requirement, and Intel is also required. I assume this means it won't run on Tiger Intel? If you need Firefox 9 on your PPC Mac you'll need to use TenFourFox instead. I've had repeatable crash problems with v. 9.0, and there isn't a 9.0.1 version of TenFourFox yet, so I'd use 8.0.1 for now, available at the "older versions" link on the TenFourFox page. If you need Flash, you'll have to enable plugins before Flash will work.
