I have tried both. I run the G4 in through VGA and the G5 though DVI. I tried running the G5 with VGA but no dice. I also put the card from the G5 (9800 Pro) into my G4 and it worked flawlessly. So I suppose this just got costly… Any way to test the mobo and PSU?
