We are in luck.
It seems very easy to reproduce...

Create CLI project containing just this:

Public Sub Main()

  Exec ["/test"]
Catch

End

And you get 1 allocation(s) non freed when run.
This is on latest revision.

So it seems the latest gbx_ changes are generating this issue.
