git comes later after svn some years.. so if on all the world are used
in several project managers, must be a OBVIOS reason..

in another way, svn and git can be in sync with the svn repository as
secondary.. in the gitlab define a hook and setup the mirror.. another
way define a hook in the SF svn repository and track the git
repository, its not easyle but its possible and can be made it
